(AP) Third Trimester Abortion and Morality
I raised the issue of near-birth abortions on demand as an example of a clear-cut case in philosophy, somewhat akin to 1+1 = 2. Here's someone (a very good philosopher, in my view) who disagrees, but at a considerable price -- she is forced (for consistency's sake) to reject the personhood of newborns.
